[Sharpay Evans]

"You know that it's kinda hard to concentrate on counting when you've got a hottie on your side." Sharpay said, grinning at Ryan. "And you're the math girl, you should know that, Gabriella." She said it like it was the most obvious thing.

[Gabriella Montez]

Gabriella laughed and remembered. She wasn't supposed to ask that, she was the brainiac. "Considering the conversations we've been having, we have 8 questions left, counting the question about me asking how many questions we have left", Gabriella computed.

"So...where would you take Sharpay after this?" Gabriella asked curiously.

[Ryan Evans]

Ryan stretched his arms out lightly, he hadn't given something like that much thought. "Umm, I guess whatever her little heart desired, as long as I'm with her, it doesn't matter where we are of what we do." He said looking at Sharpay happily.

[Gabriella Montez]

"Aaww...how about tomorrow then?" Gabriella asked, eager to know. Who knows, she might get some tips when she and Troy go out.

[Sharpay Evans]

Sharpay shook her head at Gabriella. "If Ry had planned something special for tomorrow, he wouldn't tell it in front of me." She said, rolling her eyes.

[Ryan Evans]

Ryan looked down at his feet, feeling slightly sad. "I want to take her somewhere that I can tell people she's my girlfriend." He said still looking down at his feet, tapping his shoes lightly, knowing that place didn't exist.

[Sharpay Evans]

Sharpay felt a tug on her heartstrings when she heard those words. She had also wanted to show everyone how lucky she is to have a boyfriend like Ryan. She wanted to tell them, badly. She rested her head on his shoulder, squeezing on his hand.

Ryan looked at Gabriella, smiling weakly. "I'm so envious of you, you say you want what we have, and how you miss Troy, but the thing that differs is that when he gets to you, he's your boyfriend, your his girlfriend, and we're just... wrong" He said looking down into his lap sadly, squeezing Sharpay's hand

Sharpay's shoulders shook as her fears started to return again. This was the thought that was haunting her earlier. She buried her face on his chest, not wanting to hear the word she feared the most.

Wrong.

[Gabriella Montez]

Gabriella looked down. "I-I'm sorry. I honestly don't know what to say." She looked up at them sheepishly. "Believe me, I'm hoping that you would last, as much as you do".

[Ryan Evans]

Ryan was surprised what she had said, he knew that Gabriella was supporting them, but to hear it made it seem as if maybe they weren't so wrong after all.

Ryan cleared his throat lightly, looking over at Sharpay, squeezing her hand lightly, knowing that it would be okay. "So,umm, 7 more questions, right?" Ryan stated, trying to draw heat off the moment.

Sharpay looked up slowly at Ryan when she felt him squeeze her hand. She was glad he was finally able to change the subject. She sighed, keeping her head resting on his chest. She knew they'll be alright, as long as they're together.

Gabriella's support somehow had managed to erase the fear she was feeling. She smiled gratefully at her friend.

Gabriella smiled back at them. "So...7 more questions, gosh am I getting tired", Gabriella giggled.

"So...Sharpay, what would be your most memorable memory of Ryan when you were kids?"

[Sharpay Evans]

"I guess...that would be when we were 6. That was the first time he ever stood up for me and defended me." Sharpay said, smiling as she suddenly felt nostalgic. She looked at Ryan and grinned.

"He was the quiet kid, so it just shocked everyone when he defended me. I'm included in those kids who were shocked." She grinned.

[Ryan Evans]

Ryan rubbed his head thoughtfully. "When we were six..." He repeated looking off. He was having a hard time remembering what she could have construed as his great protector moment. "What happened when we were six?" He asked suddenly, confusion evident in his voice.
