He looked at her, wondering how the two phrases could be uttered together. He leaned over on the oars. "yeah?" He said questioningly as he eyed her, his eyes holding an intensity only meant for her.

Sharpay nodded gently, smiling at her. "Yeah," she replied.
"And you really did it." She added, picturing the house in the movie replacing the Lava Springs buildings behind them, and also thinking of the things Ryan really did for her in real life.

He looked at her, trying to feign the same confusion evident in the movie. "What?" He asked his lips curling slightly as he leaned forward more in the boat.

Sharpay looked around them, as if imagining the same scenery in the movie. "Everything." She said, smiling at him.
"The house," she paused after saying it, then sighed, "it's beautiful, what you did."
She looked at him with a smile that showed a little regret, just like in the movie.

Ryan smiled lightly, looking away in uncertainty, hoping to capture the essence of his slighty regret for having let her go. "Well I promised you I would." He said, snapping his head back to face her. He looked at her sparkling eyes, a smile tugging on his lips.

Sharpay looked at him for a few seconds, before looking away, not meeting his eyes. She suddenly took interest on the pool waters.
Suddenly, as if on cue, a low growl of thunder was heard, which caused Sharpay to jump slightly. She looked at Ryan with her eyes wide, amazed at how much everything around them is cooperating with them.

Ryan couldn't help but jump as the thunder crashed, it was true he was expecting it, but not to such a perfect level. He looked up at the sky, shaking his head first in disbelief and then he transfered it to anger.
"Great," He said as he pursed his lips lightly. "We gotta go." He said nodding in decision as he began to row to the other side of the pool.

Sharpay looked down at her lap when she felt like laughing. She doesn't want to ruin the moment, but it was just amazing how everything seemed rehearsed.
And just as she was expecting it, when they were just a few more meters away from the other side of the pool, the rain suddenly poured.
She looked at him, as if trying to get him to row faster.

Ryan let out a silent laugh as Sharpay tried the best to keep from getting wet, he had even placed a small cloth in the base of the boat for her to use, just in case it rained, just as he hoped.
His laugh vocalized as he watched her slowly get wetter and wetter in the torrential downpour, rowing closer and closer to the edge, his laugh filling the air as water streamed down both their faces.

The cloth she had grabbed earlier to keep her from getting wet was no use at the sudden downpour, and Ryan wasn't going any faster.
"Noah!" She threw the now wet cloth at him and laughed along, knowing she can't do anything about it now. She screamed in delight as she felt the cold rain all over her skin.
She looked at Ryan, extreme happiness and love visible in her eyes.

Ryan looked at her get into character, sitting back smiling as her wet dress clung to her slender frame just right, everything being made easier by the fact fate was on their side. He smiled at her and rowed the boat until it brushed up against the side of the pool. Ryan leaned with his torso out of the boat so that Sharpay could leave without the threat of falling from the boat and into the pool, even if they were soaked already.

Sharpay quickly got up and got off the boat carefully, knowing what's coming next. She had to be mad at him.
She thought about the earlier events last week. That one day when she caught him helping the Wildcats and deciding on leaving her alone.
When she finally felt the pain hit her, she stomped away from him.

Ryan hoisted himself out of the boat as he watched Sharpay stalk away, playing her part quite well. He walked over closer to the edge of the pool and lashed the rope to the nearby ladder so the winds would blow it across the water before he could retrieve it.
Ryan knelt down and grabbed hold of the boats wooden frame, standing slowly as he removed it from the pool in a fluid motion. He dragged the boat along the cement, and once it was firmly back on the ground he turned back to leave and follow Sharpay.
He winced slightly, knowing what was going to happen next.

Sharpay suddenly stopped walking, and turned to face him with the most pained look she could think of, on her face. She walked towards him again, her fists curled into balls on her side.
"Why didn't you write me?!" She exclaimed, as tears started to fall from her eyes.
"Why?"
"It wasn't over for me..." she cried desperately. "I waited for you for seven years," she sobbed, feeling the pain deep inside of her.
"And now it's too late."

He stared at her, trying to remain emotionless at first, his face turning to confusion and anger as he charged toward her, his hands draped at his sides helplessly. "I wrote you 365 letters," He stated staring at her in utter disbelief. " I wrote you everyday for a year." He said, the last part shouted in anger as his eyes burned at her.
