Sharpay's smile was back to her face in an instant, with a bonus giggle at the thought of Ryan telling anyone on the street. She kissed him lightly again, the smile still plastered on her face. "You know I would do the same too. I would even let you meet my parents." She said, winking at him.

"Wow, you're parents," He said into a feigned breathless tone of astonishment. "I bet they'd love me, I just have a hunch about these things." He said with a wink.
His mind couldn't help but drift back to their parents, they never even seemed to notice they were missing, the ignored all the strange behaviors, were they that blind or did they just not care anymore.
Ryan leaned down and gave Sharpay another peck, keeping his lips there for a moment, just glad that they had one another.

Sharpay just let herself enjoy the moment, the kiss most especially. She was actually starting to think Ryan really is the one for her despite all the odds, because he's not just a boyfriend, he's a family as well, the latter being the one that she really needed.
The love of a family, the thing that her parents always forget to give them, which Ryan could give her. He's just her everything, and she loved it so much.

Ryan broke their kiss slowly, looking down at her happily, for once in his young life he was glad that they weren't rehearsing. What they had decided to do they were naturals at, no practice needed; being a perfectionist had its perks sometimes, even if they didn't need practice they would. Practice no matter where they were, it seemed as if when they were together they would find an excuse.
"I don't think we're performing Humuhumu anytime soon." He said with a chuckle, his costume didn't feel as weird anymore, but he couldn't help but want to get into his normal clothing.

Sharpay giggled, nodding her agreement. "We can't perform it, again...if we don't want our secret to be revealed." She said, shaking her head gently. "I don't think I can look as innocent as I did before when I have to sing that 'grasp your tail and stroke each tender gill' part." She laughed at how weird it sounded again, she just couldn't help but think more of it now.
She was just glad rehearsals are over for now. "So I guess we should change back to Sharpay and Ryan, Prince Humuhumu?" She asked him with a grin, her eyebrows raised.

Ryan smiled his chuckle filling the compact space. "I have no clue what was going through your mind when you wrote that." He hopped off the vanity slowly, his bare feet back against the floor. "Well, actually I think I have an indication, but..." He blushed lightly as he took her hands to help her from her seated position. "Yes, Princess Tiki, I think that might be best, plus I think we're so warmed up now that there's no need to perform." He said winking at her softly, kissing one of her hands, smirking up at her.

Sharpay took his hands as she hopped off the vanity as well. She giggled when he saw him blush a little. "You have an indication?" She asked, her eyebrows raised, grinning playfully.
She curtsied in front of him, smiling. "That is so true, my Prince. I wonder what Ms. Darbus would think once we get back to East High, and we demand more 'warm-up' time." She chuckled lightly, pulling the curtain that separates her and Ryan's dressing rooms.

Ryan chuckled when the curtain closed, now turning around to find an outfit that didn't make him look like a giant fish. "Please, Darbus would love it, she would think we had some grand scheme to make sure our names were back on the auditorium marquee on opening night." He chuckled happily as he pulled a pair of pants out of nearby dresser, stepping into them before sliding his costume over his head.

Sharpay giggled as she started to change into her normal clothes again, a pair of white shorts and a sparkly teal top. "Yeah, I guess she'd love it. I bet she'd even make changes in the schedule just to let us have our extra warm-up time." She faced her vanity, combing her hair and smiling at it. "You done?" She sat on her pink director's chair, her legs crossed.

Ryan laughed at how he imagined Darbus would react when they were both to approach her demanding 20 more minutes to get focused before deciding to hit the stage. He grabbed a button up from his nearby wardrobe and threw it on, neglecting to put on an undershirt for the first time in a long time. "Yeah," He mumbled to her as he slowly began to button up his shirt. "I just need to get my shirt on, and then I'm good." He said as his shirt slowly began to come together.

"Alright, make it quick. I can't wait to see you again." Sharpay answered, giggling. She turned her face back to the vanity, as she grabbed a matching pair of hair clips from the drawer. She clipped the fronts of her hair to the sides. Then upon seeing her perfume on the table, she grabbed it and spritz it on her neck. She stared at her neck again, as if inspecting if Ryan had left a mark, and sighed in relief when she found none.

Ryan let out a laugh as he pulled open the curtain. "You just saw me less than one minute ago, how can you not be sick of seeing me?" He asked cocking his head lightly as he walked towards where she was in front of her vanity. Her perfume filled his nose and he let out a slight smirk at how something as simple as a scent could leave him so lost.
He eyed her neck cautiously, hoping that he hadn't left any unexplainable marks, he couldn't imagine the lies they'd have to spew to get out of that predicament.

Sharpay raised an eyebrow at his reflection on the mirror. "Why, don't tell me you get sick of seeing me?" She asked him, more like threateningly, while a grin was forming on the corner of her mouth.
She saw him looking at her neck, which made her shift slightly on her seat. "Do you think there's...none?" She asked him as she looked at her reflection again, scanning her neck more carefully.

Ryan's lips twitched lightly as her reflection stared him down harshly. "No, I never get sick of seeing you, I just thought maybe you..." He fiddled with his hands by his sides, trying to think. "I think sometimes I get annoying, and I didn't want you to think that."
He walked closer to her smiling, as he kept eyeing her intently, scouring her for any mark, they would not be allowed the liberty to miss even one. "I think," He looked carefully as if this was his job. "I think there's none." He answered with a nod, leaving his hands on her shoulders softly.

Sharpay suddenly relaxed at what his assurance, and at the feeling of his hands on her shoulders. She sighed contentedly, smiling at him on the mirror.
"You? Annoying? Ry, please. If you're annoying then what am I?" She asked with the same smile on her face.
"Oh, and thanks for the neck check." She winked at him, giggling lightly.
