"That's great! I'm taking AP Chemistry 2 and Advanced Calculus too!" Taylor responded heartily. "We can study together some time if you like." She suggested and then looked over to Bebe who had asked if anyone was taking Advanced Calculus. "I'm taking it too, Bebe. We can both help you with it." She smiled. She just loves to gather with friends and solve these nerve-wracking math questions.
"Bebe, you did not just do that." Taylor said, looking over to her with a questioning face when she threw something at Kennah. She did not know Bebe very well to expect such a behavior from her, but she was getting along fine with her. "That was mean, but it'll be hilarious to watch her reactions." She added on, giving Bebe a mischievous grin before fixing her attention back to the twin again. Taylor knew something isn’t right, but she could not exactly phrase the reason and this is one of the moments where she hated it most. "Hi Kelsi." Taylor greeted her softly when she saw her seated in her place. She was still as quiet as she used to be, and people who don’t know her might think she's anti-social. But in actual fact she's just a nice person with extreme interest for music. She should open up more.

As of now, Martha knew that she had a class with Bebe, first period to be exact. She didn't know her too well, but she was willing to get to know her. Judging from her recent action involving Kennah, Martha could tell Bebe was the person who would stir up trouble at anytime. After watching the said action, she then agreed when Bebe asked if she could help her with derivatives. "I'd be delighted to help you with derivatives, or anything else for that matter." Bebe had asked her about taking Physics for Engineering. She hadn't signed up for the class, but she however, had been thinking about it. "No, I'm not taking Physics for Engineering, unfortunately."
While Martha waited for Taylor to compare schedules, Kelsi walked in. She got to know Kelsi better in the past months. At first, Martha had thought that the composer was rather shy and didn't talk to anyone unless she was working with them. However, that wasn't the case, she is really fun to talk to. "Hey Kelsi." Martha greeted her once she was situated.
Martha turned her attention back to Taylor when she replied about taking AP Chemistry 2 and Advanced Calculus. It wasn't a shock that she would be taking those two classes as well. "Oh, of course! We'll have to arrange a study group sometime." She replied excitedly. She loves studying and to approach different ways a problem could be reach. Sometimes she would spend countless hours trying to figure out different approaches. In the long run, it was worth it.
Martha nodded in agreement as if trying to say, 'once again' about helping Bebe with the work. Some of the problems could be frustrating and make you absolutely detest the lesson, until you finally get it.

Bebe knew that Calculus sucked, and was hard, but it was a necessary stepping stone. Now with Taylor and Martha in her class, things might be easier.
But Bebe still felt slightly uncomfortable around Taylor. Didn't she used to like Chad? That would be an odd conversation. So Bebe quickly changed the subject, sounding like a little kid on acid in the process.
"So... any of you watch PvP the Animated Series? I'm just curious."

Zeke threw his backpack into his locker and looked at his schedule in the top corner. "Homeroom already, crap it, not in that mood!!" Zeke spoke to himself. Zeke walked closed his locker, echoing through out hall. Zeke looked at the hall clock, one minute left. "Crap, I am gonna be late!!!" Zeke yelled and walked across the hall and took a quick turn into homeroom.
He saw all girls and no boys and he sighed. "Great... a homeroom with all girls, no offence girls, just, yeah." Zeke said walking over to a desk in the corner next to the window. Then he noticed Ryan. "Ah, Ryan, looks like I am not the only guy cool!" he said then stopped talking and took out his I-pod and turned it on shuffle. It turned to Wait for You as he looked out the window.
The sky was cat vomit pink, still being early in the day. The grass was bright green and beautiful. "I wish summer wasn’t over." Zeke whispered to himself.

"Hi Taylor, hi Martha," Kelsi said, putting on a cheerier face. She indicated her schedule. "All my classes are pretty much boring. I'm looking forward to AP French and Music Theory, though, but that's just because I'm a geek." She giggled. "But I completed my math credits last year, so that's a relief. It's not exactly my thing, other than time signatures and eighth notes."
She looked up when Zeke entered the room, and saw him turn on his iPod. "What are you listening to?" she asked, unable to help herself. Shy though she was, she remained above all a complete music nerd, and she could never resist finding out what music her classmates liked. Her own iPod, safely tucked away in her backpack, was loaded with mostly Broadway, but she had some other notable musical interests. Like...well, she couldn't think of any at the moment, but she had them.

Emma raced around the corner, still grasping her bag, and her schedule. Then it happened, the worst thing ever. The final bell rang. It sounded all through the empty hallway, and Emma stopped dead in her tracks, and looked up to the sound that was filling the hallway. It rang in her ears, as it slowly dawned on her.
I'm late!
Emma burst off into a full run, and ran trying to find homeroom. She had never been late for a class in her life, and now she was on the first day! She kept running, trying to see if the numbers were matching the number for her homeroom classroom.
Crap! Crap! Crap! Crap!
Emma pushed her hair out of her eyes. She felt almost like crying, but she kept the tears in.
There will be time later to let it out! I have to find this class!
Emma started to slow down when it seemed the numbers were getting closer to the one she was seeking. She was getting happier and happier, when suddenly she ran right into an open locker door. Emma didn't know what hit her, but all she knew was that she was lying on her back, and looking up at the white ceiling. She slowly pushed her self into a sitting position, and rubbed her forehead, where she hit the locker door.
Emma could see stars all around her, and her head pounded when she looked around. Luckily, no one saw this happen.
Of course they didn't. They all are in class! On time!
Emma sat there for a minute trying to compose herself. What she didn't realize was that she was right next to her homeroom class. Right across the hall from where she sat, still trying to compose herself, was where she needed to be.

Having braved the hallways, Alex took the first step into her new...What did they call it here? Oh yeah "Homeroom", why couldn't they stick to simple "Tutor rooms?" She was shocked to see what looked like a stage at the front, covered in drapes and a fancy chair, clearly a drama teachers room. She had heard the final bell go, so where was the teacher, not that she minded, at least it meant she wouldn't be in trouble. This also meant she could get a look at her new classmates.
There were a few guys, who looked like sporting types, a couple of girls and two people that sat apart talking, they both had blonde hair, and the girl looked like a real Drama Queen. She recognized the som confident air and carefully selected style from her old school, it was nice to know some things were still the same.
They seemed to be deep in discussion. The boy, dressed in a blue shirt, black jeans and hat combo, was kind of cute! She saw a few people look at her and promptly put her head down again, trying to avoid eye contact.

Zeke looked out the door hearing the crazy noise of someone running around and going crazy. He thought it was some little freshman being sad and confused on where he was. He gasped when he saw the blonde girl in the high heels and in green sparkles. Zeke was shocked that Emma couldn’t find homeroom.
He stood up and ran out the front door, and grabbed Emma by the hand. "Emma, what the heck are you doing?" he asked confused. "Why cant you find homeroom, I mean it was right in front of you!" he laughed. As Zeke was laughing he looked up and saw Emma's eyes were watery. "Are you okay?" he whispered walking Emma to his usually seat by the window.
"What’s wrong? First day a drag?" he whispered and hugged Emma.

Emma looked up, and saw yet again her baking savior. Zeke. He helped her up, and walked her into the classroom. It was right across the way from where she crashed out on the floor. She felt so dumb suddenly, that she couldn't find the room. She tried to hide her embarrassed face from all the familiar people in Homeroom. She was taken over to the window by Zeke, and suddenly she felt his arms wrap around her.
Emma felt the tears start to flow. She quickly wiped them away, as she broke the embrace with Zeke. She smiled softly at him, as she sat down right behind him.
"Yeah....pretty much..." Emma said. She knew that if she started talking more about how her first day got started, she was definitely cry more. Not that she minded crying in front of Zeke, it was that they were in a classroom surrounded by all of their peers. She definitely did not want to cry in front of them on the first day. It would brand her as "that girl who cried on the first day." She didn't need anything else to ruin her senior year.
"Thanks Baylor." Emma laughed slightly as she used Zeke's last name in a friendly loving sense. She sniffled slightly, and decided to touch up her make up. She whipped out her compact and fixed herself up. Once she put it away, she looked out at all the familiar faces from summer. She smiled slightly, and let out a huge sigh of relief.
Finally, made it to class.

Zeke laughed at Emma and smiled. "You are so crazy sometimes Emma." he said shaking his head. "One thing to learn about East High is, never, ever, be caught with a cell phone! Mrs.Darbus will give you detention if you get caught with one." Zeke said looking around. "That’s what you always need to know, okay?" he said trying to get Emma informed.
Zeke then yet again looked out the window and turned his I-pod on. "So, baby I will wait for you, if you think I’m fine then just aint true..." he said singing along with his song.
I really need you in my life, no matter what I have to do I'll wait for you.

Just as Zeke was telling her about cell phones and Ms. Darbus, Emma received a text message. She whipped out her phone, and started to text back, not really paying attention to what Zeke was saying.
"Uh huh...yeah....that's cool...." right before Emma sent the text, she realized what Zeke was saying.
"Wait, she's all paranoid about cell phones in class?" Emma quickly put her cell phone away, not wanting to make this Darbus lady mad. "Thanks for the heads up" Emma whispered to Zeke.
She looked around the class again, and saw Ryan and Sharpay across the room. They were talking and giggling. She looked and saw Bebe! Emma was so happy to see she had a class with her two closest friends
"Hi Sharpay! Hi Bebe!" Emma said, and waved excitedly to both of them.

Zeke nodded at Emma, and then shoving her cell phone down, hoping Mrs.Darbus didn’t see it by then. "So, I heard Mr. Sexy Back might be in Home Room." he said to Emma. "I also heard he wants to get to know you a little better." he said trying to cheer Emma up from her stupid day. "Isn’t that cool?" he smiled hoping this all worked. "Hey tell me when class starts, because I am going to day dream okay?" he said already looking out the window.
The song changed, to Since U been gone, by Kelly Clarkson.
Zeke's mind wondered off into different things, from Emma to Puppies.
Heres the thing, we started out friends.....

Emma almost screamed when Zeke mentioned Marco might be in homeroom, and the fact that he had noticed her? A huge grin came across her face.
"Are you serious? You heard that? Oh my god! Zeke! That is so amazing! I can't wait to talk to him! What do you think I should say? What questions should I ask him? Do you think this outfit is appropriate for talking to him?" Emma rambled off questions to Zeke, her hands flying wildly all over, as her mind became filled with Marco.
"Sure Zeke, I'll tell you when class starts...." Emma said, as she began to rehearse how she would approach Marco and talk to him.
"Hey Marco....What's up Marco?.....Lookin' good, Marco!.....Um excuse me, do you know the way to the library?"
Yeah, that last one is good. Play the innocent, helpless girl. It works like a charm!
Emma squealed slightly, as she got her compact back out, and began to check her hair and make-up again.

Zeke turned back to Emma when the song stopped. "Okay, this is where living with 2 sisters work out with friends that are girls. Okay, let’s get started." Zeke said turning off his I-pod and putting it in his pocket.
"First off, what you should say is: "Um, I am sort new to school, um will you help me, be... more social?? Or, show me around?" Okay but don't sound like it was rehearsed. Make it sound like you did earlier when I showed you around okay?" Zeke smiled and questioned Emma.
"Second off, that outfit is great just.... put your hair half up half down, it worked great when I saw Sharpay, so it should work for Mr. Sexy Back okay?" he said again quickly but hoping that Emma was still listening.
"Third, put that make up down, you look fine, boys don’t like when girls look like tramps, not that you look like one." Zeke said putting his arms up in defense.

Emma listened carefully to what Zeke was saying. She was making tons of mental notes on what to say to Marco. She remembered back when she asked for help from Zeke, and she smiled.
"Okay, I can totally do that." Emma replied, listening more intently about her appearance.
She quickly took half of her hair, and put it up in a ponytail. She took the bottom half, and ran her fingers through it to loosen a few of the curls she had in it, but still make it curl slightly. She went to grba her mirror to check her make-up when Zeke told her about guys not liking girls with too much make-up.
She mocked being angry. "Zeke Baylor! How could you say that?" she hit him playfully, and laughed. She was very excited and couldn't wait to talk to Marco.
"Thanks for the advice Zeke. I can't wait to see him!" she smiled, and looked towards the door, expecting him to come in at any second.
