(Continuing from Training thread)
Zeke and Emma walked out the counseling room with Emma by his side. "You wanted me to show you the Chem. Lab right?" Zeke questioned Emma as he walked down the hall. Zeke and Emma arrived down the fork in the... hall he decided to help out Emma by saying; " Okay here, sense we are seniors, we go down the FRONT hallway, not left or right, FRONT, mmk?" he said, hopefully he was helpful and not more confusing.
"Chemistry Lab is right," he said walking forward and taking a right and counted to talk. "Then, go forward again and then a left, and ta-da," he said following his own directions and arriving at the Chemistry Lab. "Any more questions?" Zeke said acting like a tour guide.

Emma listened to Zeke talk, and felt as if she was taking directions to go somewhere. She almost wanted to whip out a piece of paper and start writing it all down, but honestly she didn't want to appear that dorky on the first day of school. When Zeke told her about the hallways, she made a mental note to follow what he was saying.
"Okay, got it." Emma said, determined to remember.
She followed him around as he quickly took her to the lab. Again, she felt as if she should be writing this all down, but she was sure that if she needed directions again, she could find Zeke or someone else to help her. She smiled at Zeke, as if to tell him thank you, when he asked if she had any more questions.
"Do you know where the theater is? I'm sure I'll be spending a lot of time in there." Emma smiled proudly, knowing that she would obviously be cast in shows at East High. With her talent, how could they not? She didn't want to lose Zeke with all the students running around, so she grabbed his hand again, and smiled up at him.
"Ready?" Emma grinned, as she flipped her blonde hair slightly.

Zeke turned around when Emma asked about the theater remembering what happen with Sharpay and Taylor, earlier. "Yeah, sure, and here, this is for freshman, I need it my first day." Zeke said handing Emma a map of East High, then remembering East High as a freshman. The school was HUGE and he thought he was gonna get stepped on by the seniors. He laughed at his memories. Zeke then realized that Emma probably felt the same way only, without the getting stepped on.
Zeke came back from his memories when the heat rubbed his cold hand. He looked down and saw Emma hand holding his, tightly. Thoughts ran through his mind, like how a robber runs for his life after a robbery. Does Emma like me? Do I like Emma? When did I start liking Emma? This doesn’t make any since!!
"Okay, follow me." he said as he walked down the hallway.

Emma gratefully accepted the map from Zeke. It would definitely help out a lot! She quickly put it in her bag, hoping not too many people saw she had a map. How embarrassing to flash that around, but she was glad Zeke had given it to her.
The walked down the hallway, hand in hand, yet again. Emma still felt no romantic feelings towards Zeke. He was more just her brother type, but she honestly didn't know why Bebe and Sharpay didn't like him, just as a friend. So far, Zeke was the nicest person to her and the only one who offered to help her. Emma appreciated Zeke as a very good friend, and she hoped that he wanted to be her friend too.
The two continued to walk, and Emma decided to get to know Zeke a little better.
"So Zeke, tell me about yourself. All I really know is that you bake and play basketball. Anything else cool you like to do?" Emma asked, trying to see if Zeke would open up to her, and maybe the two would become very close friends.

Zeke shook his head to forget about the thoughts. "Okay so take this mental note go past the counseling office and then go down the stairs and take a right and you see these big red doors, this is the theater!" he said right outside the doors.
He noticed they were still holding hands, and yet, no spark. I mean sure, they were friends, but nothing more, or Zeke hoped not. Emma seemed nice but not as a girlfriend. "So you wanna know more about me eh?" he said laughing. "Yeah your right, I like to bake and like to play basketball." he said shrugging his shoulders and pushing the doors open to unfold the theater.
Zeke then snapped his fingers at his idea and said "How 'bout 20 questions. I ask you a question the you ask me and then so on." he asked Emma.
"I will go first, when did you become a Sharpette of Sharpay?" Zeke questioned, he was dying to know

Emma's eyes grew wide as they entered the theater. It was HUGE. A small smile played on her lips, as she took in the large theater. She couldn't wait to jump up on that stage and sing her heart out. She could imagine all the lights on her, the costumes, the set, the music...and her. Center stage. Well, probably Sharpay center stage, and then her stage right or stage left. But still, it was a beautiful theater.
She slowly walked in a bit, and breathed deep. She turned to Zeke, as he asked her a question about being a Sharpette. She laughed slightly.
"I think I became a 'Sharpette' around junior high. I have been friends with Sharpay for so long, and we used to hang out every summer once her parents opened Lava Springs. I just wanted to be like her. She was so popular and cool. She had the best clothes, and the best...everything! I would always ask her for advice and then I eventually started dying my hair blonde, just like her's. I was officially the first one to be a Sharpette, which is why I'm the loyal one. I guess that's how it all got started..." Emma said.
Her eyes went to the floor, as she remembered back.
"Me and Shar used to be really close when we were younger. Before Jackie and Lea...we were...well, best friends I guess you could say. We would have sleepovers all the time, and we would talk on the phone constantly, but one day, it just seemed to change. She became the official leader, and I was the follower. I'm not sure when the change happened, but it's never been the same since. I kind of miss how it used to be. Sharpay and I, not competing...just friends, you know?" Emma didn't know why she was opening up to Zeke so much, but it felt good to talk to someone. She felt like she could talk to Zeke, and he would actually listen. She smiled at Zeke.
"So my turn to ask right?" Emma laughed. "Since we're talking about Sharpay...what made you drawn to her? What did you like most about her?"

Zeke leaned in on every word Emma said. Zeke knew what Emma felt like same thing happen to him, in junior high his best friend Lucas met different people and they weren't best friends, they were... friends. He hated it, but luckily, his new best friends ended up selling drugs and doing drugs. Lucas then came crawling back to Zeke but he accepted, because he missed him and they were always best friends.
He then came back to earth and smiled at the subject, which was...Sharpay. "Well, what I like about her, is that her hair is so beautiful and her attitude is strong, and she is a leader, and that’s what I look for in a girl. She is very, headstrong." Zeke smiled at the subject. "What I like most about her, is probably, her smile, which, I don’t see often, but I did, when I first saw her, which made me like her." he said fading off on the first day of junior high.
"I walked through the doors and walked into the office, because I didn’t have my schedule because I missed the week where everyone had to show up to get there schedule." he said remembering everything like it was yesterday. "They told me to sit down on a chair, so I sat down next to the blonde girl with two braids. She was looking down at the floor and I felt bad for her, so I said hi and she flashed me a smile and she introduced herself, we didn’t talk though." he shrugged. "Then someone else came in a blonde girl and the hooked arms and walked off and laughing." Zeke laughed at the memory and then hoped for a question would pop in his head.
Zeke smiled at the question that came to his mind. "So, if you could go out with any person in this school, other then Marco, who would you go out with?" he asked smiling.

Emma smiled as Zeke told her what he liked about Sharpay. Honestly, she wasn't surprised about the things he listed. It's true that most guys like what Zeke had stated. She nodded, as he began to remember to when he first met Sharpay. The story was cute and simple, but totally got the point across of how Zeke saw Sharpay and just fell for her smile.
"That's so cute Zeke!" Emma giggled, as she remembered her first crush in junior high. It happened to be Ryan Evans. Something Emma had never told anyone, but Bebe. She didn't tell Sharpay for fear of getting made fun of at the time. She guessed after spending all that time around Sharpay, she really got to know Ryan pretty good too. Emma laughed as she thought about her junior high self all smitten over Ryan.
"Who would I date if I couldn't date Marco?" Emma laughed loudly as it echoed in the theater, they were still hanging out in. "Hmmm..." Emma definitely had to think about this one.
"I'd say Troy Bolton maybe. I've always kind of had a thing for him." Emma smiled. "Or maybe Ryan Evans. I used to like him...." Emma said without really thinking that she just told Zeke another secret about herself. "Hm, maybe not Ryan. That would be weird, since I'm such good friends with Sharpa...."
Emma suddenly did realize what she was saying. "Uh..." Not sure how to retract the statement of liking one of her best friends' brother in the past. Emma just laughed, and continued. "Okay yeah, I used to like Ryan. But I don't anymore. That's done with." Emma smiled.
"Let's see, what should I ask you?" Emma thought, as she tapped her forefinger on her lips.
"If you could say one thing to someone without any consequences happening, what would you say, and to who?" Emma smiled, hoping her question wasn't too confusing.

Zeke smiled at her words. "Ryan, that’s new, I head not a lot of people like him. You don’t anymore, so I guess that is still true." he laughed. "Troy Bolton, that is predictable, I guess. A lot of girls go, gaga over him." he said remembering when Sharpay loved Troy. Jealousy was the only word that came to his mind. "Yeah, Troy, Troy Troy." he said looking at the stage and remembering the night where Troy and Gabi sang on that very stage. Everyone loved them, but Sharpay was hurt, and she came running to Zeke.
Everything is different now. They grew apart, and Sharpay, for some reason, hates him. "We have both grew apart from Sharpay. She use to love me and you guys use to be best friends. Now, she hates me, and you to are just... friends.
Silence then filled the theater. Nothing or no one moved. Nothing made a sound sorta like when something amazing happened. Though, right now, Zeke thought it was awkwardness against the two friends.
He then remembered they were playing a game. The question was confusing and Zeke really didn’t know. There was a few actually like Zeke telling Sharpay, he loved her like he loved baking. Or telling Ryan, he is a big jerk for pushing and doing all that to him for flirting with Sharpay. Maybe, it could be him telling Bebe, Chad is the totally the wrong person and he is the right one.
The thought then ran into his mind.
Zeke sighed and then said "Probably you . Then I would say, Marco isn’t your type. You are gonna get hurt okay? He likes Sharpay and your gonna get mad at Sharpay because Marco likes her. Then your whole friendship of sleepovers, long nights and secrets in down the drain." Zeke said looking into Emma's brown eyes. He then gasped at what he said. "I am sorry, Emma. Sorry, very very sorry." he said looking down at the floor.
Zeke had to come up with a question, and fast.
"What are your dreams? Such like, Husband, how many kids, there names, where to live, your job, blah blah blah." Zeke smiled hoping his wasn’t to hard.

Emma's eyes went to the floor as Zeke said everything about Marco. Her cheeks became slightly red with anger. Her fingers gripped tighter onto the side of the chair she was leaning against. He continued about losing the friendship with Sharpay and the memories of sleepovers and late night talks and secrets and crushes shared and gossip.....
Emma suddenly began to cry. She didn't really know why. This whole day she just felt like crying, and now, in the safety of the theater and with Zeke, she let it out. She cried for all the lost times with Sharpay, she cried for knowing she probably will never have Marco, she cried for the sucky day she was having, she just cried. She brought her hands up to face, and wept loudly into them.
She finally looked up at Zeke, tears trailing down her face. "It's okay Zeke. You were only saying what you wanted to say, with no consequences." Emma smiled slightly, as a few more tears fell. She quickly wiped her eyes, and sniffled. She cleared her throat, and knew she had to answer the question.
"My dreams are basically that, I want to be a star. I really want to go to Broadway, and be in the spotlight. I feel like so much of my life I've been off to the side, but I really think I have potential to shine. I also do want a husband. I want 3 kids. I'm not sure on the names yet. I'll get back to you on that one. I want to live in New York, or maybe California. But yeah...that's pretty much what I want..." Emma grinned, still trying to recover from her sudden crying.
"Tell me your dreams Zeke. What do you see yourself doing in the future?" Emma asked him back.

Zeke felt like crying to, but he knew he was a boy and big boys don’t cry. "Look, I am so sorry Emma, go ahead, tell me what you wanna say I don’t care if I get a consequence, I wanna know what you were gonna say." he said as he hugged Emma. "You okay?" he asked Emma. "It has been a sucky day eh?" Zeke asked not needing an answer from his questions by Emma's warm tears on Zeke's red shirt. "I am sorry, again." he said sighing.
Zeke knew that everything was going wrong with every friend that was a girl. "Yeah, I am so sorry." Zeke said again. He couldnt think of anything else to say. Then his face started to get hot and his lip was quivering. Zeke then looked up because he knew if you looked up, you won’t be able to cry. He then took a few breathes and looked down to answers Emma's question.
"I have a lot of goals in my life. I want to be an actor and or pro basketball play and or an author. I love acting with my friends outside of school, because if I did it with one of my basketball friends, like Jason or Chad, I would be dead." he laughed at the fact if he acted with Chad or Jason. "I also wanna be a basketball player for my love of throwing orange balls into nets." he laughed remembering that is what Taylor said. "Author, I love writing, English is my best subject because, I can write the best of the best, as my teacher told me. When I was ten I won this contest in the whole state. It was so cool! So that is why I want to be an author." Zeke smiled remembering winning that contest in the 5th grade.
"Okay, your turn... if you could meet any star in the whole world, who would you meet and why?" Zeke asked Emma, hoping she wouldn’t cry again.

Emma chuckled as Zeke told her to tell him off, basically. She couldn't do that. She didn't want to do that. Zeke was just trying to look after her. Emma knew Marco was characterized as a player type guy, but she was sure she would be the one to change him. She buried her face in Zeke's chest, and wrapped her arms around him tightly when he embraced her. A few more tears spilled out into his shirt, and she hoped he didn't mind. Something about Zeke made her feel comfortable. She was sure that after all of this bonding, she was going to be close friends with Zeke.
Emma composed herself and listen to Zeke talk about his dreams and his goals. Emma nodded as she listened.
"Wow! That's so cool about you winning that writing contest! I hope you achieve all of those goals, Zeke. They all sound awesome. I'm surprised you didn't say you wanted to do anything with baking." Emma smiled.
She listened as Zeke asked her another question. She instantly knew who she wanted to meet.
"Johnny Depp!" Emma squealed out. "I love him, and all his work. He's so dreamy and hot, but a great actor too." she sighed dreamily, like she did when she thought about Marco.
"What is your ideal date like?" Emma grinned, wanting to see what the baker basketball player would come up with.

Zeke hugged Emma again feeling he was Emma's big brother, just like when he was at home when he was with May, her little sister who was 11, who could tell him everything. From boys to sports. "You feel like my little sister." he whispered in Emma's ear when he was still hugging Emma. "I can trust you, and you can trust me right?" he asked Emma and the separating from there hug.
"To answer your question I don’t have to hug you." Zeke laughed and then thought about the question. "I know this is sappy but... my ideal date is a date with the perfect girl. The girl I love. It doesn’t matter where it is or what were doing, as long as I am with the perfect girl who I love it is the ideal date." he nodded and smiled and hoped he would find that perfect girl.
"Okay, who is your best friend and why?" Zeke said because he couldn’t think of anything else.

Emma felt safe in Zeke's arms. It was like she was being held by an older brother. Obviously, Emma didn't have an older brother, but she felt that now she sort of did. She smiled up at Zeke, after he whispered in her ear.
"I can definitely trust you, and you can totally trust me." Emma smiled, really happy she finally had a good friend.
Emma sighed, and grinned goofily at Zeke. "That is so sweet and romantic. Oh Zeke, you are going to make one girl very happy some day. You just need to find the right one."
She stopped and thought. "Best friend? Well, that's tough..." Sharpay instantly came into Emma's mind, but she wasn't sure anymore. After really opening up to Zeke, she wasn't sure Sharpay was her best friend. Sure she idolized Sharpay, and she was a good friend, but she couldn't open up to Sharpay and talk to her about what was on her mind. She then thought of Jackie and Lea, but they too never seemed to be around when Emma needed someone the most.
She looked up at Zeke, and smiled a sad smile. "I don't think I have a best friend, Zeke." She looked down at her hands, trying to avoid the fact that really all Emma was, was just a follower of Sharpay. Not a friend. And she was grouped with Jackie and Lea just because they all worshipped Sharpay. The three weren't as close as they seemed. "Kind of sad when you realize the person you consider the closest thing to a best friend is someone you idolize, and they don't even seem to treat you as a friend in return. At least...not anymore."
Emma really didn't feel like bringing the conversation back down. She already cried once, and she didn't want Zeke to think she was throwing herself a pity party. She took a deep breath, and then decided to move past it.
"If you could have any wish granted, what would it be and why?" Emma always loved asking these hypothetical questions. She always believed it revealed so much about a person.

Zeke nodded at Emma's reply. "Yeah, I don’t think I really have a best friend either." Zeke said thinking if he did actually have one. Maybe it could be Emma because, well, he could say anything to her, and she would understand. "Maybe, I think I am sitting right across from my best friend." he smiled at Emma. "Yeah, I am most defiantly sitting across my best friend." he smiled, happy to know he had a best friend.
"That’s a weird and tough question." Zeke said hearing the question Emma asked him. "Probably, to go back in time." he said thinking of how he would love going back in time and doing his life over again. "The reason why I would want to go back in time is because... I could re-do things I have done wrong, and do it right. Also, if I have changed, I would change the thing. Like if I liked a girl now but I didn’t like them then, I could go back and tell them I like them. I really like that idea." he smiled and wished that would happen. "Wow, that would be so cool!!" he said rocking back and forth in his chair.
"If, you could choose someone to live with you, who would you chose and why?" Zeke questioned.
