Ryan couldn't help but smirk lightly as Sharpay dragged him down the empty halls of East High, he was starting to wonder if it could be called dragging still if he was dashing down the halls at an equal speed with her trying to readjust his messenger bag comfortably. He couldn't help but entertain the idea that while everyone else was in homeroom, they would be in the theatre together away from the watchful eyes of everyone.
He felt as if they had hit the home stretch when the giant mahogany doors of the theatre finally came into his vision, he squeezed Sharpay's hand lightly and let out one of his traditional gleeful giggles as they neared the doors. He pulled the door open enthusiastically and lead her in the room, letting her walk in front of him as they stepped into the empty seating area, glad for once there was no audience to watch them here.
He grabbed her back to him spinning her back to him as if they were practicing one of their routines, giving her a small peck as she neared him. "Thank you so much." He breathed out as he pulled her close. He was always so grateful that they were on the same page, even in their level of slight impatience with the rest of the world.

Sharpay let out a giggle herself when they entered the theatre, finally safe from everyone's watchful eyes. She smiled when he let her enter the large hall first and was caught off guard when he pulled her back to face him. She almost squealed, but his lips met hers, making her forget everything else she was feeling, but love. She instinctively placed her hands around his neck as he pulled her close.
"No, thank you. You almost got into a fight..." she trailed off, placing a hand on his cheek gently. "You know you don't really need to. I'm all yours, he can't have me." She smiled at him, hoping to let him know that Marco Ventura is not worth a fight. She slowly removed her arms from around his neck, and grabbed one of his hands as she started to lead him towards the stage, their stage.

Ryan smiled as her arms found his neck, he was certain that he had a pure addiction to her touch, he couldn't seem to live without it too long. He was starting to wonder how that would affect their school day, and how many "independant studies" they would have to take under the blissfully oblivious eyes of Ms. Darbus. He smiled and laughed as he thought about fighting Marco, as stupid as the idea was. "I told you that I'd fight anyone for you." He said in slight firmness, though still finding humor at heart.
As her hand trailed back to his, he smiled as Sharpay lead them both up to the stage, now he knew they were properly at home, everything felt right as they ascended the steps and stood on the shiny hardwood. Ryan smiled down, he could see his shoes reflected in the deep brown wood. He released Sharpay's hand slowly and walked towards the center of the stage smirking lightly, pausing when he came to a light divet in the stage looking down. "It was right here." He said with a smile as he looked back at her, his lips forming a thoughtfull smile.

Sharpay was smiling all the way to the stage, suddenly feeling like home once she stepped foot on the wooden floor. She almost skipped towards the center, but she held herself, wanting to act more matured now. She watched as Ryan went towards the center of the stage with that cute smirk on his face as he looked down. She followed him shortly, wondering at first what he was talking about.
When she looked down at the direction he was pointing at, she couldn't help but let out a smile. It all came flashing back to her in an instant. Their first production in East High...Romeo and Juliet. She giggled as she faced Ryan with that teasing look on her face. "Oh Romeo, why did thou faint?" She placed her hands over her chest in that dramatic way, smirking at him. She giggled again, shaking her head in mild disbelief. "Seriously, Romeo. I found myself at the ladies' room right after that happened, wondering if I had a bad breath or something." She crossed her arms over her chest, still laughing. "That wasn't even a kiss." She raised her eyebrow at him, getting into the teasing spirit that she used to have with him before, when they were just brother and sister.

Ryan couldn't help but laigh and roll his eyes lightly as Sharpay teased him, in the way she had always done to him, but it was more playful ever since they had gotten together. Ryan had now finally realized how much had changed over a short time, they gone from older sister to a dominated younger brother, to an equally balanced couple over the short course of a sumer, oh how the tables had turned, for the better in his book.
Ryan crossed his arms lightly at Sharpay, trying not to laugh at the comment she had made about the idea of her having bad breath. "Okay," He started defiantly. "So that wasn't a real kiss, it wasn't even the prelude to one." He admitted turning slightly red and looking away as he thought about his Romeo shame. He looked back at her slowly and then smirked. "But I can show you now that I'm not afraid to kiss you on this stage." He retorted decidedly as he leaned closer to her, his eyes laughing challengingly.

Sharpay rolled her eyes playfully at him, and stuck her tongue out at his challenging tone. She placed her hands on her hips, tapping her foot on the stage, making a slight kind of like a tap-dancing noise as she smirked at him. But when he leaned in closer and she looked up to meet his eyes, her teasing smirk started to fade away. It was replaced by a suggestive smile, slowly curling on her lips. She giggled lightly, leaning in closer to him.
"Show me." She said, challengingly. In an instant, she had forgotten everything around them, where they are currently standing, the danger of getting caught. She was so lost in his baby blue eyes to think. She was still conscious about the fact that they are on the stage where everyone can see them instantly, but to her it felt just like they are performing, that they are just acting; she didn't care at that moment whether there's an audience or not. The show must go on, she thought.

Marco was beyond ticked off. His denouncement by that pink-haired punk idiot had rendered him completely speechless throughout Homeroom, and all in front of Sharpay! He had to set things right with her, even though he hated her brother Ryan, that rainbows-and-unicorns fairy prince who was being dragged down the... what?
Marco, a little alarmed at this development, stealthily followed the two of them down the hall and into the theater room. It was abandoned, except for the two of them, and him now. He gave her a peck on the cheek - Marco cringed. What was that? A peck? It was weird, to be sure...
Then he started to hallucinate, he was sure. He was watching the two siblings - SIBLINGS - confess their love for each other, caressing each other's skin like... like... Marco felt his sultry frown twitch and turn into a genuine scowl of hatred. What was this?! They were growing closer, only to tease each other like lovers!
It hit Marco. Lovers. He ducked even further behind the ajar mahogany door, a hand to his face. He quickly moved his eyes back to the stage, surreptitiously slipping out his camera phone. He slid it around the corner and turned it on, recording the footage stealthily. He wasn't even sure what made him do it - maybe it was to prove to himself that it wasn't happening, but more likely than not it was to have that precious material that all stalker men wish they possessed... blackmail.

Ryan gave Sharpay a light smirk as she leaned in closer to him even more still. He shot her a playful grin, knowing that even when they were teasing each other like this it was only because they loved each other enough to do so. Any anxieties that he had been feeling back in homeroom disappeared when she spoke to him.
"My pleasure," He whispered to her, giving a light wink, as he brought his hand to her face, cupping her cheek softly as he captured her lips in a kiss as he moved closer to her. It was odd to be kissing her in the same spot that just four years ago, he had passed out on for the same exact reason. He loved the irony of it all, he was starting to realize the irony of his life was what made it so much fun for him, the utter surprise of it all.

Sharpay felt herself smile as their lips met once again, this time with more passion and no care in the world. She kissed back instantly, her hands trailing up his arms to rest on his shoulders then later on his neck. It was unexplainable, what she was feeling right now. Here they are, on the stage where everyone can see them easily, and yet she could care less. As long as she's with Ryan, nothing bad will happen, they couldn't be separated...that's the thought that was always on her mind.
She deepened the kiss even more, closing any physical gaps between them as she moved closer to him, pressing her body to his. That was how she wanted to express her gratefulness to him, after all that had happened earlier. She wanted to thank him for always keeping her safe and secure and most especially loved; she just couldn't say it enough with words. She even stood on her tiptoes just so she can kiss him deeper, her feet miraculously did not feel any pain from that action.

Ryan smiled as Sharpay kissed him back, his brain exploding at her touch as she ran her hands along his arms, his skin dimpling as her slender fingers snaked up around his neck. He was starting to feel strangely refreshed by these actions after a surprisingly stressful first day back. He moved even closer to her now letting his hands slowly move down her face to trace her sides with a smile.
He placed his hands on her shoulders for a moment, slowly lowering her down to her flat feet, he appreciated the fact she would stand on her toes to reach him, but he didn't want to risk her straining a muscle when it was easy for him, much easier than it was for her to just lean down to her. He leaned down to her lightly, glad that even here, with the threat of getting caught, they could still partake in loving reciprocal action.
It seemed now that they were miles away from what happened back under the tension of the homeroom environment, now they could just be with one another, and he had no regrets about their seclusion from their fellow students; he had everything he needed within less than an arms reach.

Sharpay let a smile out through the kiss when she felt herself being lowered back to her feet. She didn't even feel any light muscle pain from standing on her toes that long, but it felt so touching that Ryan didn't want her to risk it. She wrapped her arms tighter around his neck, her hands finding the back of his head making him lean even more to her.
There was no doubt she was thoroughly enjoying the intense kiss but suddenly, she felt something weird. She suddenly felt like they were being watched. She pulled away from Ryan reluctantly, looking at him. She was sure her eyes showed fear when it met his. She lowered her hands to his chest, slowly turning her head to look around them. She couldn't help but shudder at the thought of someone seeing them, catching them in that action.

Ryan looked at her in mild concern when she first pulled away from him, but the look in Sharpay's eyes was even more unnerving. He breathed out lightly, sensing her nervousness, he didn't feel as if they were alone anymore but he couldn't place why he was suddenly hyper aware of his surroundings. He looked around cautiously, hoping that they were just being paranoid.
He looked back at her, loosening his embrace lightly, as he stepped away slowly, still within an arms reach of her, his hands holding hers softly. "So, that was a little weird." He said, trying to force a laugh while still looking at his surroundings. He couldn't think of anything else to say, he was still uncertain of how to assess his surroundings, he couldn't see anyone, but he felt like someone could see him.

Sharpay was straining to see if someone is there in the large theatre with them, but she could not see a single person around. She slowly brought her eyes back to Ryan, looking slightly nervous. "You felt it too?" She whispered to him, her grip on his hands tightening as the possibility of someone seeing them felt stronger now that she knows he felt the same way. She looked around them again, wondering if they were just being paranoid. When she was sure she didn't see someone, she sighed, leaning her head on his chest as she moved closer to him again.
"Weird." She shook her head into his chest, laughing nervously. She leaned her body towards his, putting most of her weight on him as she wrapped her arms around his waist. "Am I just being paranoid?" She looked up as she asked Ryan, her eyebrows raised slightly. Deep inside, she was hoping that was the case. It would be easier to accept than the possibility of getting caught.

Ryan chuckled nervously as he continued to look around the theatre for the source of his newfound anxiety. He couldn't help but feel that eyes were burning into his sides as they stood on the stage like that. He gave a nod to her question, but kept himself close to her, if push came to shove they could just say they were rehearsing a scene.
"Well, maybe," He started softly, gulping lightly as his heart started to beat in his chest." maybe just maybe, you're paranoid because I'm paranoid and vice versa." He finally returned his gaze to her and gave her a weak smile. "twin telepathy." He almost asked with a light shrug, trying to force a laugh as he pondered the possibility of being found out over being hyper-vigilant.

Sharpay nodded, really hoping that was the case. She let out a nervous laugh herself, still shaking her head. "Yeah, maybe it's the twin telepathy." She shrugged her shoulders, grinning at Ryan. "Because, I can't see anyone." She whispered to him, as she looked around again, her eyes scanning the large hall. She shook her head again as she faced him. "Nope, no one."
She sighed, resting her head on his chest. "Well, now that you've proved to me that you're not afraid to kiss me on this stage," she whispered, looking up at him, "you think we should now go to somewhere more private?" She asked him. She doesn't know why, but she felt like the stage wasn't that safe anymore as when they entered the theatre just a few minutes earlier, thus she wanted to get out of there.
