Ryan swung at the ball Lea threw, this time the comforting sound of ball hitting back filled his ears, he threw the bat aside and did an awkward run to first base, he had no intention of running to home plate, not when the game was strictly a batter and pitcher. "And the crowd goes wild." Ryan shouted jokingly as he mimicked the roar of a much larger audience. As soon as he got to the base he turned back around to return to home plate. He looked up at the bleachers, a clandestine smile forming on his face, he would have to be more careful now with half the Lava Springs members and staff watching every move. He looked at Sharpay, in the smallest smile he could muster, winking at her in the very slightest, hoping he could play it off as sand in his eye if questioned. Sharpay struggled to keep her smile as small as she can manage as she clapped her hands for Ryan. It was hard to sneak smiles and winks now, now that Emma, her most observant Sharpette, is sitting just beside her. But she had made sure to look him directly into his eyes, knowing he'd understand what she wanted to say in an instant.

Bebe couldn't take the weirdness anymore. She tromped down the bleachers, but landed flat on her face on the way down. Her head shot up quickly. Stupid jeans. They needed hemming. And her nose was scuffed up now.

Bebe grinned as she ran away. NO ONE NOTICED THE SOCIAL GAFFE SHE'D JUST COMMITTED! Bebe would have laughed evilly... but her nose was bleeding. Great.

Sharpay took a look at the girl that had just stomped away. Was her nose...bleeding?! She almost paled at the sight, so she quickly took her eyes away from the girl and back to Lea.
"That's why I said 'try'." Sharpay grinned. She can't help but feel proud of her brother.

Ryan scoffed lightly at Sharpay, smirking at her in a way that could be confused for brother and sister, or not. "I see where your loyalties lie, sis." He said as he crossed his arms over his chest, gripping a black bat lightly with his left hand.
He stuck his tongue out at her giving her a look, he was going to take this moment to tease her just so slightly. He raised the bat up over his head stretching out his arms, the base of his shirt lifting again as it had before, he could feel the warm air on his bare stomach.

Sharpay eyes started to widen when she saw what Ryan is doing, and she shifted uncomfortably on her seat. She shook her head lightly, instinctively grabbing and putting on her sunglasses, while a smile was tugging on her lips.

Ryan gave Sharpay one last smirk, pointing the bat at her, as if he was threatening her slightly. You'll have to catch me to get me back.
"Yeah Lea, sorry, just a little distracted." He said stressing the last word. "One more pitch and I'll let you up to bat, time to show some finesse." He said as he positioned himself to knock this ball out into the outfield, for Sharpay.
